Advanced Solar PVT Solutions
Solar PVT (Photovoltaic Thermal) technology was developed by our sister company Neon Energy in South Africa / Italy.
Absorber module can be retrofitted to most Solar PV Plants,
provides an integrated added value to most new Solar PV projects.
Solar PVT is cooling the Solar PV panels, increasing yield, improving panel life and reducing de-rating.
At the same time it makes the removed heat available in form of hot water, up to 80°C, which can be used for heating, process heating or pre-heating for steam generation.
Solar PVT is a next-gen solar technology
Improving net energy generation per unit area by a factor of 4-5x.
For a standard 60 cell Solar PV Panel with a PV output rating of 420W.p the T module is providing 1100-1400W.th in heat output.
For Residential, Hospitality, Hospital, Packaging and Food Manufacturing sites the PVT solution provides much increased cost savings, resulting in a reduced payback of 18-30 months.
